Hello,my name is Brian.I have had an opel laying in the backyard for a few years and have been contemplating making it a money pit.I bought it in 99 and drove it for a year.It has sat since.

Hey there. That's funny, I got my GT in '99 also and drove it for about a year and parked it when I started architecture school. Well, now i'm done with school and I still don't have much spare time so I just bought a "new" GT a couple months ago and this one is running great. Anyways, there're guys in the area that can offer way better advice than I can but let me know if there's anything I can do to help. I'll share what I've learned about Opels so far!
