Hey from Trinity North Carolina

Just wanted to say hey I just bought a blue 69 Opel GT with the 1.1L.Its a 1.1L with 4speed manual.It needs a restoration.I go to the Charlotte Autofair with Southeast GM Turbo 6 and know theres an Opel club that shows and hope to talk to some of you in the fall if not before.

That's the Carolina Opel Club. they have their own social group on this site as well. Roy Bell (Oooner) is prez of that club and the arranger of the Auto Fair show.

I try to make it to every Auto Fair. It's a really diverse show. I love seeing the Buick Turbos. You missed the Opel Caravan back at last fall. 50 cars for our national event and there's nothing like BEING in an Opel Convoy especially when its 30-40 cars long. Here's a short video that I took before my battery died.
