Need info on auto shipping

I have just bought my first Opel GT, a 1972 with 36,000 original miles, original paint, etc. I need to get it shipped from New Jersey to South Florida. Can anyone offer advice on a way to find a shipper that can ship the car in an enclosed trailer at a reasonable price. I am in no hurry to get the car and would be happy to wait to have it shipped in extra space a moving company might have in a van. Any ideas or companies you can recommend? Thanks folks!

I just did a google search for the various auto shippers when I shipped. Then contacted them all for a quote. Saved a lot of money versus just calling one.

Contact Buckeye State Auto Transport, Inc. @ 330.825.2263 They run from Ohio to Florida weekly now. They brought my 72 GT from Miami to Akron. Owner is a Jack Lemmon and does alll the transporting

There is an Ebay style bidding site for shipping called Uship where you put up what you want to ship and from where to where and people can make bids for what they will charge to ship it. I have never used it but it seems like a way to get it done for cheapest price.
