E-bay Germany...they are on there fairly regularly, and quite a few Germans will ship within europe OK.
Failing that...search the images in the various German Opel clubs for a Kadett C (Coupe, limo or Aero...they're all the same at the front) with a strut brace fitted.
Bare in mind that most German Kadetts have CIH engines in them by now (at the very least, some have way more...!)

eh?

I'm have a hard time trying to figure out what good a strut brace would do you on a Kadett C, which has no struts. You would be connecting the shock towers together, which could stiffen something up, but those shocks can't see any side loading because of the way the suspension is set-up, so the stiffness wouldn't really help much. I think it would mostly all get in the way.

Now, if you had something that went down low and tied the top of the front suspension subframe together from one side to the other that might help, but the engine is pretty much in the way and by the time you went around it you wouldn't be gaining anything.

On a Kadett D or Corsa it would help a lot, as they are strut front suspensions, but on a RWD Opel there's just not a lot of reason to add one except for looks. If you're just adding it for looks you can pretty much mount one any way you can make it physicly fit into the engine bay. Good luck!
