Unanswered: 12" chrome reverse

Any boat owners out there? I'm wondering why the 12" chrome reverse/baby moon rims you see on boat trailers wouldn't work on my Kadett. Thoughts?

It may be due to the fact that kadetts came stock with 13" rims.

uh

It may also be that the trailer wheels are a different bolt pattern than the Opel, being 4x4" where the Opel is 4x100mm.

Guys I work in the boating industry, trust me on this one. You do not want the junk stuff they put on boat trailers

My '64 has the 12" factory stock rims without much room to grow.

Sorry to hear it's a bad idea, chrome reverse would sure perk it up. Perhaps a gallon of whitewall paint ...
