Unanswered: Information about 1981 Ascona B

Hello,
I own an Ascona B, 1981. Recently I've started a restoration to its original appearance. And I run into some difficulties involving finding information about original body colours, rims, bumpers, rear mirrors (there is one on the right side of the hood), etc. I've got repair manual written in russian, but it doesn't give any information about car appereance details.
Are there any resources on the Internet, or even persons who might help in this case?
Some pictures of the car:

We only got the Ascona A series, from 71-75, so this is way beyond us here in the US, but, some of our international members will probably chime in. I would try the UK or German clubs for info, they might even be able to come up with a manual in a different language.

Kaleusius, I hope you can read German because I have a digital copy of the German Werkstatt Handbuch [Workshop Manual] that I can e-mail to you, if you PM your e-mail address, it even includes a chapter about the Ascona 400.

The total file size is about 180 MB, but I can e-mail it in smaller parts to a maximum of about 10 MB, every page is a separate .jpg file.

there is a website for the Ascona models. i think it was dutch site. it had a lot of info and i believe it did have a section on factory options, colors, etc. I did find one that might be of interest Stielie's Opel Ascona B Homepage. you may also be able to find original brochures on Ebay. there are quite a few on the U.S. side of ebay
