HELP: 1974 opel Manta A Windows

ok, iv searched (dont know if thourough) the forum and cant find answers, only statments lol

anyways, i removed my passanger side window (and its guts :P) for other reasons, now comes the task of putting it back in...

is there any one with experience in guiding me to put all the rails and bla bla back, or is there a guide on how to do it properly, like a "complete idiots guide to puting in your window", but i mainly need to know were on the window to put the rails, ie. not to high or low on the window.

i dont know if there is a thread somewere relating to this, so sorry if im double posting

oh and does anyone have 'cross section' pictures of the metal-stripless front and rear window rubbers? thanks again
