need some help

Hello all, I am converting to fuel injection and i am lost. if some one can please help me out so here we go.
First in the pics i have is shows a pressure reg mounted next to the fuel pump do i need that or is the one mounted on the fuel rail enough if so what part number is it.
2nd on my fuel rail is the return line attached to the regulater or on the bottom side of the rail.

On my system,the regulator is at the fuel rail.I dont have the regulator on the pump bracket.
Yes,the return line is connected to the regulator.
Are you using the LE Jetronic system?
