Pink to Green, how one members car transformed.

Pictures can be seen of the before of this car on our website under "Texas Tornado" but Robert out of Texas owns this car, and I have been working on it for quite some time. It came in running and driving, had A/C in the back and the battery was just loose in the car, the front suspension was jacked up on one side, and it was Pink, maybe even a candy pink, magenta. So it started with Steinmetz flare kit, Watts Link rear, limited slip differential, adjustable trailing arms, Roger Wilson stroker motor with roller rockers, Dual Dell'Orto carbs, Getrag 5 speed, stainless exhaust with Magnaflow muffler, Honda Radiator, Air Conditioning, power RX7 mirrors, all the wheel wells were filled in with metal so the fiberglass flares were not open on the inside. Heater removed and put in the rear with the a/c unit, Setrab oil cooler and oil filter relocated.
Custom Phantom white face gauges with GPS speedometer, 3D printed gauge pod made to house three extra gauges, Miata seats with speakers in the headrest, battery relocated to the rear, electric power steering.

I have looked at this project a long time, and a lot of modifications were made. The color is a Camaro Synergy Green. It is the meanest sounding Opel I have had in the shop, it screams! Just thought I would show a bit of it off on here.

It appears that you separated AC condenser from the radiator. Interesting solution. Did you install second fan in front of the condenser?

PJ, not sure what you mean by separated the condenser from the radiator, if you mean a gap between, yes, about an inch. But if not they are always two separate units.
So on the engine is a Roger Wilson build (last commercial engine he built). 1.9 stroked to equivalent of a 2.4 Ford rods, roller rockers, welded spacer on the valve cover, aluminum flywheel, S10 clutch, Getrag 5 Speed. Reinforced torque tube shaft, fully adjustable rear end (trailing arms, watt linkage, adjustable height, relocated shocks more vertical, Steinmetz flares, custom metal inner fenders, passenger heater and fender cut out for carbon fiber air box, vacuum supply canister, vacuum plenum built, Honda radiator, I did add a fan in the front for extra measure. Air conditioning, GM 105 alternator, electric steering, custom gauges, GPS speedometer, Compufire ignition. Chevy Camaro Synergy Green, Mazda Miata seats with custom brackets made to use Opel tracks. Retro sound radio with Bluetooth. Optima battery mounted in rear deck with custom bracket.

I guess it must be an oil cooler in the nose. It looked to me like a condenser.
    Very nice job Keith.

It's a credit to your workmanship Keith. I'm sure there will be one happy driver there.
I was considering that color for one of my GT restorations and seeing it now makes me want it even more.

Just purple roller rockers. Valve cover had a water jetted lower piece welded on, about a 1/4 thick.
