Thanks. Still need to repaint the Manta starlite silver like it's big brother.
I made the 1/18th scale Manta's hitch out of balsa wood to take the load.

Wait one darn minute, I thought Raylle Manta's had color coded gas caps. The chrome ones were for the Luxus.

How come the Manta isn't pulling a GT, Ascona, or any other Opel?

BTW, I almost fell out of my chair Good Job.

He owns a Bullet Bird.

As for the Manta diecast, it's a GTE one not exactly the same as a Ralley.

Probably because Opels aren't supposed to be trailer queens...

Hmm...this really has me thinking...
I'm seeing a GT with a combination gas cap/gooseneck ball! Anybody know if a 6 cylinder cummins will bolt up to a GT transmission?

I think the maximum permissible towing weight is being exceeded on the green Opel and I am sure the Fuzz will pull you over for that. TUT! TUT! and I don't see the trailer lighting harness hooked up. Come on lads Safety first.

OK my mistake, but have you ever weighed one of those models. They're heavy, but big brother should be ok. By the way the last time I saw that view of a car I think it had just run me over! OH the flashbacks!

I absolutely love that trailer hitch. I'm glad you did a write up because I plan on installing one on my Ascona to haul my Honda Ruckus around.
