T.O.O. the rescue in New England...

I'd like to give a big shout out to Duane and Rick (MantAscona and opelgtguy) from Pennsylvania. These guys epitomize why the members of this forum are the best in the world.

Initially, Duane was coming up to CT to pick up a hood for his hillclimb car. He ended up bringing up his empty car trailer and staying overnight, and the three of us moved 5 cars to my new workshop, which is about 21 miles away from where the cars were stored. I can't thank the two of you guys enough, Duane for making the trip all the way up and doing all the driving whilst attracting the eye of the local gendarmes, and Rick just for tagging along with Duane and helping push all those cars onto the trailer!

I hope Tate treated you both right...

Glad to be of service. We had more fun than we probably should have, well, except for that one part...... It gave the Titan a good workout instead of it sitting in the driveway like it normally does. We got to eat lots of good food, have lots of good conversation (and some disturbing ones) and got to check out the new work shop first hand. I'm excited to see it all set up!

My favorite part was getting to see the STi shop and meeting "the turd" in person. Ricks favorite part was a big ol' helping of Tater with extra gravy....

Hey Rick... I see that you are the only one with gloves on. Afraid of getting your hands dirty?

Hi Roy:
Nope, I was the only one that was cold. It was already down near 24 degrees when that pic was taken. What am I gonna do when winter gets here ???

That's my dad's GT. No sheetmetal on the rear of the car, I'm sitting on the rollbar main hoop.
