Check display: Low Beam Ltd?Vision.

My Omega has just given the following message, can anyone tell me what it means and what to do about it:

Low Beam Ltd?Vision.

I don't have a hand book so this is why I have to ask. How do I get a owners handbook for a 2001 2.2 Opel Omega Elagance?

Never been able to find a list of fault codes but they are all generated by the ECU ... It checks that the voltage in the particular circuit is either high or low.

Opel Dealers should have lists of them.
