Look at the Eaton M45 or M62. The M62 may be too big for a 1.9 but the M45 should do well depending on what your needs and goals are. The M45 new runs about $2700-2800 + pulleys. If you are balking at the price look at eBay. You may also want to look at an old thunderbird supercharger, with the pulleys adjusted properly you could probably get the CFM down into the right area for your engine… just keep in mind that it will be running the supercharger outside of its normal effeciency range. In any case custom brackets and pulleys are going to be needed.

I am planning on using a M62 for my 2.4L (someday).

EFI is highly recommendable and Methol/water injection isn't a bad thing either.

If you have a GT you may also want to consider a turbo.

I don't have any pictures of my engine bay. My 1.9 is still in the car waiting for turbo manifold fit before I pull it out and stick in the 2.4L

I don't think there is much in the way of supercharger information here on the site but some turbo information (basically interchangeable in most aspects). Start with the search function... it is your friend.

If you don't already know how forced induction works on an ICE then I suggest you start with google. There are a lot of good (free) sources of information on this subject.

iv been looking at the Jackson m45 supercharger kit if i up graded the engine first in terms of boring out the head larger pistons etc what would i be looking at in terms of BHP?
also are the kits difficult to fit?
I have experiece around cars and my brothers a mechanic so would it be easy enough for us to fit ?

can i just ask whats the stats on your car?
must shift with a 2.4 supercharged engine whats your 0-60?
