Well, there was an Ascona B model that came with dual Solex carbs so that may be somewhere to look. I'd have to look at the one on my car. Seems like it was a pretty factory looking piece but I did have to replace the actual cable with a bicycle cable and solder the linkage end on, etc.

OK...so you are in Toronto and have a Manta B?.....that's got my attention...
I have 2 B chassis cars, a Manta and an Ascona. Please post more info....
