New day for opels in my yard

I am opening up my yard too anyone interested in opels again this year. anyone who can make it are invited with or without an opel, Just come and talk and look at other opels. I will put on some kind of feed for all. normally something on the grill. I am doing it on June the 2nd. start at about 1100 am. I work 2nd shift, sleep until about then. If any one is interested let me now ether by pm or post here, hope for good weather. hope to have some opel parts setting around if anyone needs things,like trans.wheels,ect.

. hope too keep this post going until then.am until whenever. I am located just off I-65 between Indianapolis and Lafayette,maybe 40 miles north of Indy and about 25 miles south of Lafayette,Easy too find in a small town called Colfax,800 people.Zip 46035. Going to start a new thread for opels in my yard, Sorry but had to cancel the May 19th day. I am moving it to June the 2nd. same time about 10am until ?
it will still be here in Colfax In. 46035, mapquest will get you here. or call 765-430-6921, after 1100am, I work 2nd shift and don't get up until then.
everyone is invited with or without an opel, mainly just talk opels. I will have food,Grill type,hotdogs,pork chops,and so on, I think last time we had 10 or 12 people show up, Have anything you want to trade,give away or sell bring it. I will have a few thing I need too get rid off. I am hoping for a good day with no rain and not too hot

Hey Paul,
I should be able to make it on 6-2. Looking forward to seeing the new acquisition. For those that haven't made the trip to Colfax, here is a shot from a get together a couple years ago. I believe that there were 5 GTs, including a couple from MI.

It is neat to see that you are going to have another get together. My brother and I came from Michigan to the one you have pictured. I am the guy in the red shirt. I drove the white 70 GT with all the rust. I bought my brothers 73 last year after I retired the 70 his was the gray one behind my white one, in that same picture. I take pleasure in saying what a great time we had while we were there. It was refreshing to meet new people who love Opels. I don't know if I will make it this year as my engine is sitting on the floor waiting to go to the rebuilders. I wish you good luck and sucess for your party.

I do remember you and your brother well, Sorry to hear you can't make it this time, I am hoping for a good turnout. and hope the weather is a little cooler although I could turn up the air in the garage

I have since changed those tires to 14 inch but those were 195-60-13, had plenty of room, I had 205-60 -13's on the rear,
