Now I just have to figure how to carry an Ascona hood and a 2.4 head on the back of my Kawasaki...

I have Cub Scout Cub-O-Ree on the 13th starting at 8:30 am until ? I will try to swing by. If I do make it, what can I bring?

BTW Bob, what type of Kawaski do you have? I have an '81 440LTD. I can't imagine driving that down from CT.

Just got an '08 KLR 650. It's good for about 1.5 hours at a clip before I need to stretch. I'm going all backroads too, no highway.

Well, we already discussed how you could bring the head down and the hood would make a hell of a fairing if you look through the heater box intake louvers.

Jeff,
You could bring a side dish if you'd like. Just let me know as early as possible if you won't be attending so I can cover with a different side dish. Thanks.

We're in for the pasta salad, but what else can we bring ? (assuming Adam can make it - at least if he does, the Manta will join the GT at the festival at Garage Mahal).

Duane, assuming I stay in Quakertown again, how's that city as far as crime?
In other words do I bring the lock for my bike with me? (it weighs about 10 lbs!)

Nope, massively thick steel cable lock. Coupled with the fork lock you gotta really want the bike to take it. Lifting only, no rolling it!

I was hoping you were going to make it. I couldn't possibly book any better entertainment.

Will you be coming solo, or will your navigator be guiding you again?

Crime typically isn't a problem in Quakertown. I believe your bike will be safe. You can always roll the bike into your room if you get one on the ground floor.

They won't want the bike, but I wouldn't recommend smiling while you're there. Teeth are a valuable and rare commodity in Quakertown.

Then it's settled, I'll bring some oatmeal with me, and at night I'll sprinkle it around the bike. That ought to keep them distracted for a few hours....

So, I'll throw this offer out there again like I do every year. Anyone and everyone is welcome to crash at my house or camp in the back yard for the event. If anyone wants to stay at a hotel/motel I can provide the list of places in the area like I usually do. Just let me know.

Also, if anyone can bring along some folding chairs it would be helpful.
