Umm, that would depend on whether they fit in the soft luggage..........

I would really like to see the TB's also, I was actually going to ask if you were going to bring them if you could make it. I plan on bringing my laptop and MSII stuff if anyone was interested in seeing how it all worked together.

Ron:
Great to hear you both will be coming ...... the offer still stands !
Will you guys be arriving Friday evening or Saturday morning ?

Adam won't be joining us this time - it's homecoming weekend as well as the fact that he is guarding at the middle school pool now.

Or if I drag it behind me, how much you want milled off....

Forecast is contantly changing, I'm hoping it is reduced to light showers at the most. Riding in the torrential rain is no fun.

They don't know what it did yesterday let alone what it's going to do a week from now.

Rick,

Ron & I will be driving in Saturday morning. Probably leaving Pgh around 6am. We should be at your house by noon. Then all 3 of us can drive up to Duane's house if that's OK.

Weather forecast still shows rain. I bought some rain gear for the ride up then, just in case they're actually correct this time.

Sally?! Oh no you di-in't!

As long as it's not torrential, it should be okay. My boots are waterproof, and my regular riding gear has waterproof liners. The new rain gear should take care of the rest of the rain, I got XXL to go over the regular gear. Only need to put all my clothes in baggies to be sure, I'm guessing the factory luggage will leak at the zippers.

Do you have waterproof panties too? I always tell people that's why I get XXL stuff too.

There is a 50/50 chance I may be able to make it up Saturday. I have been told that I am not going to Penn State but have to stay home this weekend with my son, he has band practice but no band competition Saturday night because of homecoming at his high school. I'll let you know for sure Thursday at the latest.

You'll be driving that GT to the meet, correct ? There's another seat in there for your son to ride shotgun.

FYI, for those planning on crashing at my house, you may want to bring along a pillow for yourself. We have everything else.

I just called the Courthouse Motor Inn in Doylestown and reserved a room for Saturday night. (Duane -- I found your list of area lodging from last year and it was very helpful).

The Plumsteadville Inn only had one room available for Saturday, a suite, and since this weekend is more about Opels than bed and breakfasts, Jordan and I decided to opt for the other place.

However, we are thinking of going to the Plumsteadville Inn for brunch on Sunday morning. Anyone that wants to join us is welcome to!

I am looking forward to a great weekend with everyone!

Sunday brunch sounds good to me. They've been voted best in area for brunch for about 7 years in a row now.

Why does this not surprise me?

Seriously though, I ended up going with the same place as Jordan and Lottie, the Courthouse Motor Inn. Best rates of any place I checked. See you sometime late tomorrow Duane.

It looks like the weather is going to be cool & dry. If this turns into a late-night event like last time, we may need those afghans & hot coffee again Lynn. Plus a new "Keeper of the Fire" since Adam won't be there.

Sunday Brunch does sound good. I'll have to see when Ron wants to start the drive back to the other side of the state though.

I'm still planning to attend, but I'm unsure as to when I'll arrive. I'll be bringing my 2.4 head, twin intakes, and the Extrudabody setup - it's easy since everything is in boxes .

Perhaps we can bolt everything together and get the measurements I need for the fuel rail? It'd be cool to do something Opel related at an Opel Meet. I JUST got the antique plates for my Manta, but since I'm commuting out for a new job I'll be driving something else.

See you guys soon!

Don't worry, we'll have plenty of fire wood, blankets and coffee.
