Carlisle 2009 Parts Thread

List your parts requests or items you may bring to sell at the Carlisle show.

I will not be renting a vendor space this year. (PA Sales Tax B.S was the final straw) The Carlisle staff frown upon selling parts in the showfield area, but "trunk" sales have been happening for years.

That's going to be rough for us GT owners

I have a bunch of used parts from the "Stinger" and other RIP GT's. PM me if you need a part and I will see if I have it. Since they are used, I usually just give them to the person who needs it.

Let us not forget to bring the can with keys - whoever has it now. I will contribute few keys and hope to find one for my fuel cap.

I am still looking for decent exterior door trim and I also need a junk panhard bar so that I can use one of the ends to make my aluminum adjustable one.

Jeff; I think I have a slightly bent panhard bar you can have. I'll throw it in the GT with the rest of the stuff. No cost, it is just sitting on a shelf wasting away.

Bump

If anyone wants a set of the "AeroCatch" hood pins, let me know and I'll bring some down with me.

Anyone needing any TN Opel parts, there may be a few from NC too , please contact me with your needs. I have a few GT's, Ascona's, and have parted out some Manta's. Anyone looking for '75 front calipers?

Anyone near Boston or traveling near there between now and Carlisle? I'm looking for someone to pick something up for me if possible. It will not fit in a GT or Manta, Sportwagon - maybe.

Thanks,
Harold

Does anyone have a pair of black GT arm rests and kick panels available? I need these for a friend in Europe who is finishing up a restoration. They must be in excellent condition. Thanks.

NOS Sheetmetal Kadett

I have a front Valance, front panel above the radiator, and front inner fenders for a Kadett NOS. The radiator upper panel is 1.9 specific. Harold Collins could deliver. I have several GT Windshields, not perfect, but decent tented one, a little haze on one side.
I may send up several NOS parts such as gaskets and 1.1 carb parts. Any offers on the sheetmetal? E-mail me as PM might not take

Thanks Gene, used is fine. I'll look about for any other small SW parts needed. Are the side markers same as Manta? If so I am covered.
