OMC and the ALL GM car show

Here it is the next event for the OMC

Last time we attended this show it was awesome so many great cars
We even had Jay Leno come to see the Opels ( a new Saturn Sky was amoungst us)

As Robin Williams would say, " Be there or be square!"

I would like to know if anyone is planning on going to the All GM Car Show before I submit my registration.

I thought about it but, no. The traffic makes it not worth it. Last time I went to an Opel event in L.A. it took me 7 hours to get to the edge of L.A. and 5 hiurs to get from the edge to Huntington Beach. That did it for me.

Now if we were to have a picnic in San Louis Obispo like in 1999, I am all there.

FWIW, I grew up in Flint, MI and the Sloan Museum which is the recipient of the funds raised by this meet is well worth saving. They have a really nice collection of cars and it's in an area that needs what few attractions they can hold onto for the local economy.
