My GT and I were all set for Sunday - until a gas leak started today

- might be a venting problem...so I am now questionable. I'll still try to make it in a non-Opel. Weather looks great!

A Day of Fine Teutonic Motorcars

Sunday, June 18th, the weekend continues with
German Car Day. This show attracts over 180 cars and
over 1800 spectators. A wide array of German marques
from the latest showroom models to classics will be
displayed. The day brings together various German car
clubs and car owners to share and admire each
marque's similarities and differences. The show is
organized and sponsored by the North Atlantic Audi
Club, The Minuteman Chapter of the Mercedes Benz
Club of America, the North East Porsche Club of
America, New England Opel Club and the Boston
Chapter of the BMW Car Club of America.

All German cars are encouraged to participate
regardless of age or condition. The day's events
include: goody bags for exhibitors, a tour of the
Museum, an enthusiast tour of the field and other
activities. People's choice awards are presented for
each marque including: Audi, BMW, Porsche, Opel,
Mercedes-Benz, Special Interest, Best Pre-war,
Museum Choice and Best of Show. Highlights from the
past include, a 1935 DKW F5, McLaren F1 (BMW
powered), 1957 Porsche Speedster, Isettas, Unimogs
and more. Exhibitor registration for this show is $15.00
and it is a fundraiser for the Museum.
