Mods.. I'd like 2 c

Since I have "Malcolms" I'd due 90% of what is done to mine .. The interior (w/ back seat), body kit, chrome engine accessories, Getrag 5 speed, BMW brakes, great wheels/tires, carbon fiber dash w/reverse guages all are just the way I'd have done them.
BUT, If I were to take on the project now it would be a t-top... I have a in
300zx w/ the top in which I carry the glass tops with me .. The Targa top stays at home .. which limits me taking the car to places like car shows where I want to walk around and have a comfort level in leaving it unattended. I would also get away from the Opel engine .. just too expensive to get up around the 200 hp level, which is where I want a car that looks this good MUST have. I have the 2.4 with some work done and my stock 300zx can beat it.. I will fix that. BIg Brakes are a requirement. You also must have a good Stereo, power windows door locks and mirrors.
On the dreaming side I'd want to be able to raise and lower the entire car so I never have to worry about lousy roads and driveways etc. I'd also like to rewire the whole car to modern specs... That (and $50,000) should keep someone you for a while.

I'd second that idea. Mine is lowered a couple inches and I just scraped the groove on the belly pan going over a speed bump. An adjustible air ride kit may be a little too expensive for me though. Something that could draw a lot of interest though would be custom seat covers. I think the only ones that are available now are though OGTS and are basic replicas for $300/pair. I ended up digging out the sewing machine from the closet, getting materials from the local fabric shop, and doing my own two tone custom vinyl version. Jerry
