“Our lady of blessed acceleration, don't fail me now!" - ~Elwood Blues~
The same happened to me, but the links have been posted on this site. here you go http://www.opelgt.com/forums/opel-gt...tmas-sale.html
Yah, I went there, but it only takes me to the christmas flyers, not the new catalog. I even tried the link from within Christmas Flyer B, and it took me to the same page, with no new catalog.
Randy
I think the catalog isn't new. OGTS was just providing a link to it, and we wrongly assumed (me too!) it was updated. Rats!
I will fight 'til I am dead, a winged helmet on my head.
It's all new, in a "throwback" print-only format.
For those who have received the first print edition
of the new Opel GT Source "Part List/Project Guide"
we'd like to pass along a few corrections which
have been noted by readers:
Page 24: The Opel GT Brake Lens is part #5005,
not part #5008, as shown
Page 49: Part #7022 kit, includes bearings for
the differential, but not the ring gear itself
Page 57: Side draft manifolds shown, are a
special order item from Europe
Page 64: Rear "O" "P" "E" "L" letters are sold
as a kit of 4 separate items, not as a single plate.
Supplies of the "Part List" appear to be sufficient,
to be available through the current promotion
and through the end of this year (Dec 31th is our
last scheduled .
Drifting: dorifuto sōkō, a motor sport where the driver intentionally oversteers, causing loss of traction in the rear wheels through turns, while preserving vehicle control.
You're probably talking to Gil. He knows what you are talking about, when you want that one piece of rubber. He doesn't say he can PROBABLY, get it, he says he has it, or not. If you give him your credit card for two thousand dollars worth of Opel Parts, You get One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety Five Dollays worth of parts, along with a Promise, to send the other five dollar part by Thursday,
It shows up on Wednesday.
If you call him up and complain, that the hood emblem he sent is cracked, he says, "Keep It, You'll have a new one in two days."
There's a whole lotta things I love about Opels, but these days, the thing I love the most is the Customer Service, from OGTS.
This is not a paid for ad, it comes for free, from the only Opel Master Mechanic in Texas.
I'm just another Opel Rehab Failure.
Is it just me or are the prices missing from the catalog?
That's my only complaint. I'm amazed at the selection of parts that OGTS has.
Opel GTs are not GM products
Prices are there, you just have to look for them...Call them if you have questions.
I bought some new lower spring hat perches from them and all I have to say is thanks for the consideration and respect given to new customers.
A Sample of the new "Part-List-Project Guide" can be downloaded via link from the front page of the Opel GT Source --- Welcome web site.
"More New Items" can also be seen on an additional link, from the same location.

The 1st Edition is now a collector's item as it has been bid over $20.00 plus shipping on Ebay.
