I didn't even know that you could do that on Ebay.
While this has been brought up two other times, each time that it is posted there is something different about it. First, it was a land-speed record car, then a mph record car, but now its for rent and not for sale.

Although the car looks like a scrap metal(IMHO) it would appear the ISBN number issued in the one of the pics is legitimate and if you then do a google search from that it does bring up some articles.
I think I'd lot rather have the Opel Diesel record breaker sat in my garage than this.
