my 69 kadett

One of the reason I fell in love with Opel was my 1969 Opel Kadett. I got this car out of all things a corn field, paid 150 bucks for it and hauled it home did some work on it and got it running and later upgraded the carb to a Weber then it was unstoppable. Any way I would use this car day in and day out I ended up drive it for 10 years. During that ten years of great service my brother had a old Chevy pickup that was always breaking down and he would call me to help him out the only thing I had was the Kadett. That Kadett would pull that truck home every time with no problems; what a great car!

Roy: what were you editing on this nice post? Was he saying his brother was towing the Opel with his Pickup truck instead?
