Car Show - Best Rememberance

At this weekend's car show in Benica, CA I had many folks approach and relate/relive their experiances with an Opel. Seems everyone had one, or knew someone that owned one.

But the best story came from a low rider showing his car near mine. He started off with the universal, "Man, I haven't one of these in years". He then went on to tell me he'd stolen a GT when he was 13 years old. And that he was bummed when he finally had to abandon it. He said it was a fun car. Blue.

Bought my first Opel Gt new off the showroom floor in the town right next to Benicia (Vallejo) Rolled it in Vacaville 6 months later. Yep, they are fun.
