I believe there is a member on the forums that has a device similar to that. I guess the concept is nice, but you have to drain the fuel and engine oil but I can't imagine brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid not getting everywhere. Yank 3 wheels off, and then on a nice level concrete pad you can turn the car on it's side. To me if just seems like a big hassle to do especially when the only real thing you can do is exhaust stuff, and clean the under body because the suspension/wheels/brakes are all tied up and inaccessible.

ez tilter
I have something simular called an ez-tilter, it is good for working on the underside of the car, and in the wheel wells doing rust repair and exhaust work, just make sure your engine mounts are in good shape or drop the engine out before tipping the car.
