GT on Ebay!

Well....not exactly.
Has anyone else been using the new EbayMotors? If you have, have you noticed the very obvious use of an Opel GT as the icon for the 'Collector Car' category on the EbayMotors new frontpage?

It would seem someone has a fondness for them....

You CAN definitely see the gas cap and the hump on the hood.

There should be another GT featured conspicuously within a marketing ad unit, but I haven't seen it yet. Maybe they ditched it after I left. The eBay folks were alot more receptive to the idea after "Opel GT" once came up THIRD in user search listings, right after "Camaro" and "Mustang". (I think that was in Oct. 2006).
