If Kojak had simply traded in his Buick Century for a Manta or Ascona he could
have caught more bad guys.

im not sure name of episode
but it was on the retro network i dont have tevo or cable,,,,,
kojak is on every day at 2pm eastern time i saw this manta today.....also worth mentioning rockford files featured a gt thru the whole program the other day (which is why i had the camera ready today) rockford files on every day at 4

Buick was a major sponsor of Kojak back in the day. So every now and then Opels pop up in episodes. Also why the cops drove so many Buick squad cars in the show. When I bought my first new Opel Manta, I began watching the show regally.
 Also I recall my own home town cops at the time used Buick Century police package units, but no Opels.
