That video is from a DVD you will see for sale every now and then on eBay. I bought this DVD and, even though it is all in German, it is well worth the purchase price IMHO. The video is excellent. There is even a "James Bond" like scene where a woman and a man driving GTs sort of chase each other over twisty, water soaked roads.

New Opel Commercial
This one can be seen a few hundred times a day in German TV, starting on the day they announced the sale to Magna.
Even it's only 3 words, it's a little word game. Either "We live cars" or We are alive. Cars". And it looks great, too.
