Lightbulb Unanswered: opel rekord E with opel omega engine???

Hi everyone

This will be my first post so support me

Can I put in my opel rekord e2 opel omega 2.0 or 2,4 engine?? Engine straps matches?? And how about rear axle???

hi welcome to the site

if its still the cam in head 4 cylinder engine it will bolt right in , have a search here for the swops into gt's and mantas , its just about all the info you need for what needs to stay on and what can be used from the original engine , main thing is you need to keep the 2,2/4 manifolds as the inlet ports are a different hight on the later heads


you going to put the 5 speed box too if so you will need to have the prop length sorted out as its a longer box
