Exclamation Unanswered: Front Vibration Noise from Astra-G X14XE

My astra seems to be making a vibration noise lately mainly coming from the left hand side and can be felt on the floor board. On pulling off (1st gear) especially if releasing clutch pedal quickly or on jack rabbit start a strong vibration noise is made and even felt on the left hand side of the car. This does not happen when switching between gears and is only felt for a few seconds. Any ideal and help on what this can be? I have only acquired this car lately and is my 1st X14XE experience though i already own an X17DTL Astra and Z18XE1 Vectra. The engine has covered 68,000miles. i have a suspect feeling this is coming form the hydraulic mounting or the sub frame bushes...any hints are very appreciated.

have a good look at the bottom control arm
the bushes where it mounts to the chassis are well known to go
also you might want to look at the clutch as it could be judder from that when you pull away if the friction plate is sticking to the pressure plate
