GT door weatherstrip

While posting in another area, I was reminded of 'door weatherstripping'. If you are on a budget, don't need alot, or are just plain cheap (said with all affection!), look for Yugo's at the junkyard. Same type, comes in colors I think, a little trimming and viola!

The pop out windows on the rear of the Ford Festiva have seals that work great if your Opel's pop-out window seals have shrunk. They are also only 8 year old rubber, still available new from the dealership, and longer than needed, so you can easily cut them to length.

19693SGTEOPEL... we need to get some pictures of your car... You seem to be doing allot of work (engine, relocated gas filler, and door tops removed). I would be interrested in the door top removal/attatch to the top as I am looking into a vert and would need the door tops removed. Pictures please.
