Unanswered: Rear Disc Brakes

HELP!

I am new to ths site but, not to Opels. I need any information you all may have regarding he installation of disc brakes on my Ascona.

I have seen the conversion kit from Opel GT Source, it's way too rich for my blood.

Thanks in advance,

Richard

Richard;
The down and dirty quick way, is to get the whole assembly out of an Isuzu Impluse. There's references to it here on the site.

Very simple to do without the big price tag.
Get Honda rotors, weld on GM metric caliper plates, GM metric calipers and hoses. You will need to do some cutting on the drum backing plate and a bit of welding but should be a two or three hour job maximum.

We have kits available with instructions for a very reasonable amount.
