71 gt & 83 320i

Ive been reading now and i got a 71 gt and a 83 320is it seems that there are a lot of upgrades from bmw to the gt. are most of these parts interchangable. It seems to me u might as well just buy a bmw

gear box from some models is about it for the normal person

now if you are some what adventurous well

i have used the 1975 bmw 2.8 in my gt before with its ZF s4 18/3 box

some one here has a thread about using the rear independent suspension

the 3 series (i think it is )brakes can be used but they are a common european system so no biggie there

the sportier models will have recaro seats so they should fit with a little thought

cant think of much else
