I moved this to the correct Forum and added the photo...
I have the Addco bars on my GT, and found them a HUGE improvement to the handling. I can't speak for the OGTS bars as I have never driven a GT with them, but there are some differences. The OGTS rear bar requires brackets be welded to the differential (although I have seen a bolt-on bracket; OpelJim, did you ever mount them?) while the Addco bar uses a simple angle bracket bolted to the spring bucket. The front OGTS bar brackets mount under the front engine cross member, while the Addco bracket attaches via holes drilled in the frame rail. So I would suggest that the Addco bars are easier to mount. But I have "heard" that the OGTS bars are a bit stiffer, so might be more performance oriented (at the expense of ride?). JM2CW

I've driven GTs with both types and the Addcos are fine unless the car is lowered. If it is it tears them up pretty good especially the front. The Ogts bar mounts differently and is a larger diameter than Addco and welding and other things make them harder to install. There is a pretty good price difference too. Just my experience with them.

Sway bars
I have a GT/J european model with the factory sway bars, I went with the OGTS bushings instead of the stock ones, which were 30 tears old. It made a big improvment in the handling. Even when I went to the open driveshaft rear they plant the car flat in about any corner I have tried it in, almost neutral steering. The rear bar is most important, in my mind and that can be achieved by using a kadette unit, but it does require putting brackets on the rear end housing.

I have OGTS bars on the front and rear of my gt and the ride isn't compromised but the performance is definitely enhanced.

i have front and rear ADDCO bars on the GT i have at the house. they are a easy bolt on installation and are not hard to do. they work good for daily driving and make a noticable difference over stock, altho i've never driven or ridden in a car with OGTS bars.
