Depends on what time you look. It is often busy later at night, especially on weekends.

I enjoyed the chat the few times I used it. Its also nice if you have any simple questions because you get answers immediately!

If someone is in the chat room this is noted like this: Chat Room [X],
X standing for the number of persons
