I don't mind it but there isn't much contrast from the background to the foreground or the footing between threads and such. The color combination is a good choice though and not overbearing or conflicting. I do think that we could use a new banner though.

Can we pick from several different "skin" colors. I've been on some sites that let you choose blue, red, green, etc. and then it adjusts all the colors on the page accordingly. I also agree that we should have a new banner to go with the new look.

I agree. I personally like the "Opel GT Style - The original look" best. Better contrast, and easier to read, so I don`t need "no stinkin`changes", but I`m not the only one here, so different options is good.

I like the fact that I can use my entire widescreen monitor to view the site. Seems a waste to have 2 areas on the sides not being used. Kinda like a back seat in a sports car...

... wondered what had happened to the Blue Wagon!
I was just about to give up on the site altogether because it looked so bad and hard to read ... then saw it could be changed back to the 'real' GT.com! Guess how I voted.

Yeah, maybe a '74 Sedan or something could be added.
![]() Looks good anyway you do it. I just wish you would warn a fellow. I was in the middle of posting and hit the enter button and the screen changed. It took me awhile to figure out it wasn't anything I did. ![]() Harold |

This discussion has reminded me of one of my favorite scenes from "Wayne's World" where Garth smashes a robotic hand with a hammer and then turns to the camera and says "we fear change..."

I think we are due for a slight update on the banner Gary. Maybe add a Manta and a Kadett photo to accompany your GT and Robbie's Ascona wagon?

Well, except for possibly changing the color of the GT. Maybe to yellow?

The newer default style is growing on me, I thought I'd give it another shot.
So maybe I'll just switch back and forth for the next few days.
