Would it be possible to post the submitted designs in one place rather than scrolling through the entire other thread? Or put a link with each submitters name?

Harold, this has been discussed many times, exactly for the reason you stated. What happens is, everytime someone votes in a poll, the program sees it as a new post, even though no one posted anything new, just voted. I agree, it can be a bit disconceting, but us "old" heads just click on it, then use the back arrow to show it as read, until the next time someone votes on the poll again.
