Reproduction Stripes

Would you be interested in purchasing a set of reproduction dealer-option rallye stripes that were offered on the
1975 Opel Manta? (see photos - black only) Would you be interested in a reproduction set of the 1975 "Sportwagon" decals?

Greetings All - I'm planning to begin reproduction of these stripes after the new year. I'll be having "Sportwagon" decals reproduced also. If you're interested in these stripes and/or decals...please go to the poll and let me know you're interested. The more that are ordered, the more affordable they will be. The graphics shop I'm working with says the Manta stripes can be done for well under $100 per set. Thanks. -Scott D.

would any one know if rallye,sportwagon, ascona, or manta have same chromed plastic trim around the front and rear windows? because I will be selling an almost identical interchrome mylar strips for about $20 a set for the gt, so I would like to know if other models would have the same strips so I can sell it at different legnths.

The GT stripes sound interesting since thats the car that I have. For my first one I made mylar stencils and used them to paint a black stripe along the bottom that let "Opel GT" show through in the fireglow paint color. Would your stripes say "OPEL GT"?
What colors would be used?

Just a reminder to those who may have missed it: At the end of the month I'll be closing the poll I submitted. In February I'll be initiating a reproduction run for the Manta stripes offered as a dealer option in 1975. If you missed this notice, you'll need to contact me soon. In the near future I'll be contacting my graphics guy with production numbers in order to establish a price-per-set. Then I'll notify everyone who contacted me expressing an interest in these stripes to make payment arrangements. If you've changed your mind or sold your car...please let me know. This is being done as a service to the Opel community. I'm not doing this to make money so if you say you want a set of stripes, I'll expect payment to cover the cost only. The more I make, the cheaper they'll be. If you haven't seen them yet...there's a photo attached to the original poll, "Reproduction Stripes". I'm also doing the "Sportwagon" decal if you're interested in those as well. Act now or forever hold your peace. NOS copies of these stripes are as rare as hen's teeth!!! -SD
