Question Ok ok pricing!!!

So I've been looking at a lot of Opel GTs lately. Ranging from less than a G to well over 5Gs. So what I am wondering from the great community here is this...

How much did you pay for your Opel GT and in what condition was it in? In other words, how much restoration did it need. Feel free to include any costs that you have incurred in restoring your Opels as well.

Is there anything that makes a good buy... well a good buy, for an Opel?

DISCUSS!

Edit: All values are on USD... I forgot there are others here :/

One lesson to be learned early here is to do at least a BIT of searching BEFORE you start a new thread. Newbies are given some leeway. After 10 posts, you aren't a newbie.
Have a look at
http://www.opelgt.com/forums/polls/3...r-opel-gt.html
and see what has already been answered in a poll. Oh yea, lesson two. New threads go in the proper Forum heading. So please look around around a bit to see what your choices are before you start a new thread.
Lessons three to ten are already given in the "new members read this" at the top of every forum. There will be a test...

Please don't PIZZ off the moderators. They then decend from Valhala to gorge on the carcasses of uninformed newbies.
