Opel Calendar

I was looking at my calendar today and noticed that it was a little boring. I got to thinking it would be cool if I could make an opel calendar and i could make them and if anyone wanted one for a small fee. I take alot of computer classes and i could make them fairly easily i belive. just throwing something out there for all of you to ponder.

i could do both i suppose but its just an idea im not promising anything yet i have to talk to the teach and see if she will let me but i think i would be able to.... congrats benncojr i feel privilaged that its was on one of my threads.

COngrats Benncojr! I just noticed that my lable has progressed to Senior Contributer. Hmmmm, I don't feel especially senior, nor like much of a contributer, but I love the site and all the people and info on it....

im not sure how i am goin to pick the cars that will be in it because there are so many of them i can choose from. i would like to have a poll type thing to choose but i dont know yet. anyone have any ideas?

How about if the Opel of the Month pictures for the past 12 months get used? Will everyone agree to let thier pictures be used?

thats a great idea skyler! but i think he means the opels that win opel of the month this year, use them for a calender next year...

We would have to have the winners email you the higher res photo's, but other than that it would be easy.

Conrero and Dallas would also have to 'represent'!

I also would mind a shot of Otto's engine with the side draft, and of course a shot of Willit's engine in the bay.

Don't forget the 'Turd', and maybe a shot of the winner of the 'most rusted' thread!

Or make a birthday calender, no year just the month and date so you can fill in the birthdays of your loved ones, the family, [or people you don't like or even hate

] anniversary or what ever date is inportant to you

not a bad idea. i have expenses currently, but i could chuck out some loot. i always wondered why opelgt.com didn't have a store, clothes, mugs, dashplaques that sorta carrying on. perhaps the calendar will start a trend.

As i have posted previously pondered the idea of making opel calendars. Im not sure the price but it may be 10 dollars NOTE: PRICE MAY CHANGE COULD GO UP OR DOWN! I am wanting to get an idea of how many ppl are willing to buy one in advance for the 2007 year. Also for every one calendar bought one dollar will go towards the site!!!!

I'd love to see the Targa in/on a calender... truth is there are so many really nice OPELS that you have more cars than months.. you may need to do GT calender, a Manta calender, a 1900 calender, a Kadette calender and a"other opels calender....sounds like you have a lot of possibilities as to which way to go.. my opinion is such:

vote. specifically build a thread for deciding on cars by month. now i'd like to see shiny, granted, but i saw a photoalmbum of a GT with a foot of snow on it in the galleries (don't ask, i don't remember which one it was) and thatd be perfect for December, even tho it was quite clearly (or quite clearly should be) a parts car. hehehe.

oh yes. don't forget to 'gather quotes' and put them at the bottoms of the images. every little 'twerk' is a perk.

well i was thinking that it may be unfair to other opelers that have opels that arent as nice as maybe lets say dallas's or the targa and i was going to throw in a mix of REALLY REALLY nice opels and some others that arent as customized as others that way its not a calendar that is all about going above and beyond but that goes with the site "opels in general". i think that with me only being in high school and a shortage of ink lol that just to start out i was just going to make calendars with different opels like crliwa suggested instead of just making a gt calendar or a manta calendar then maybe if i get more interest in them and some money made so i could buy ink i would maybe make the GT calender and so forth.
