Actually, the Vauxhall Monaro is a rebadged Australian Holden Monaro, sold in Great Britain. It was built on the Holden Commodore chassis, which was a modified Opel Omega B chassis. The guys in Top Gear loves it, and it is according to them the best muscle car. It was available with a supercharged 3.8 litre V6, a 5.7 litre V8, and finally, a 6.0 litre V8. It was sold in USA as the Pontiac GTO.
