Vauxhall Monaro

Was driving today in Austin, TX and saw a Vauxhall Monaro. I was very surprised! I am guessing someone rebadged a GTO. I just saw it from the back and it said "Vauxhall Monaro" clear as day on the back end. I didn't get a good look at the rest of the car and I in a hurry so I couldn't follow.
Pretty cool anyway.

Actually, the Vauxhall Monaro is a rebadged Australian Holden Monaro, sold in Great Britain. It was built on the Holden Commodore chassis, which was a modified Opel Omega B chassis. The guys in Top Gear loves it, and it is according to them the best muscle car. It was available with a supercharged 3.8 litre V6, a 5.7 litre V8, and finally, a 6.0 litre V8. It was sold in USA as the Pontiac GTO.

Well I was in my 4.7L Dodge Dakota, I could have kept up, but I was running late for a birthday party and he was turning and I was going straight.

Yup, got my info from that same Wiki link, but since this one said "Vauxhall" I didn't mention it being a rebadge of a rebadge.
