New 1:24 scale Opel GT from Italy

I recently purchased an Opel GT model off of eBay-Italy. In fact it depicts a Rallye Orange painted 1970 Opel GT in the proper configuration for the Italian market right down to the clear blinkers and amber repeaters on the front fenders. They are being marketed by a company called Fabbri Editori and are often sold accompanied by a 48 page full color book printed by the same company. The models come mounted to a black plastic base in a non-resealable blister pack. I first noticed these new models about three months ago. They are metal die-cast with opening hood, doors, and rotating headlights. Details are excellent (almost as good as Minichamps 1:18). They are made in China. So far only the Rallye Orange color is available. Prices seem to top out at around $50 with or without the book. It will be interesting to see if any other color variations are offered in the future.
