Opel GT 1:10 scale
in 1995 I made a glasfiber body of the GT. No existing model was involved, this a 100% own creation. First I made it for RC use, a year later I made the showcase version with interior. This GT Model is about 43 cm long. Byside that I make GT nameplates and ceramic models- length about 23 cm . The 1:10 GT : GT nameplate: greetings Theo |

That is really cool. I have to admire that kind of talent! You should think about marketing it as a finished product, that is huge business.

in 1996 I asked for a model with interior FL 210,- . Now we have the Euro (€) and I still ask the same price for it. In € it will be: € 95,-. In US dollars: $ 115.23 .... shipping(priority): 27,- and economy (sea /by boat): € 20,60 This is for the building kit, not a finished model! It's not easy, you have to be skilled. On the other hand, you can make your model just the way you want it to be. There are no wheels included, I have to buy them too, (Tamiya 1:10 rims and tires) There is no "engine" and there are no axles, (I have a rough front axcle, better then nothing at all) in parts (not on pic: PET-plastic for windows, door handles) greetings Theo |

O yes, that would be great, but it takes almost one day, just to make the parts (uncut). And when you have a regular job and a kid it takes even more time. gr Theo |

Theo,
Those are some BEAUTIFUL models!! Very nice, and thanks for showing the near pics. I can appreciate the work that must have gone into this as I did reproduction Hot Wheels car parts made of resin in the late '90's. The finishing work does take quite a bit of time to do a quality job. I am very impressed with the shape of the body - it seems more accurate than some models/toys produced by bigger name companies! Thanks again for sharing tour talent with us! -Jeff W '75 Manta '73 Manta |

1:10 kit
After showing models that are mostly finished, I just wanted to say that you can order them as a building kit. Price €95,-. Please check out yourself how much it would be in USD. Don't forget extra costs for shipping oversea.

car is made of fiberglass, you could make it with RC. Check my foto album tomorrow, I'll publish some new pics, also of models. |
