To help you, the "axle" is called a "shaft" and the pointers are called "hands" Your english is very good, considering I work with Bosnians all day How long does the "shaft" have to be? Maybe some clockworks can be found here in the US to the specifications you need.Gene

Here in the states, the local Wal*Mart or craft store sells clock motors with hands for about $5. Try walmart.com
