Spam from this site anyone?

Hello all

For the past week I've been receiving emails from this site about people looking for cars, parts ect....??? Whats up with that? Anyone else having this problem of aprox 4-7 emails a day???

moved this to bug reports
gary has been getting blank e-mail and asked about it 2-3 days ago ,i dont know if it the same problem but now its in the right place im sure he will see it and look into it

I was getting the general spam (looking for parts and whatnot) when I signed up on the yahoo opel group, but I have my forum emails routed to a different email than my school/personal email so I'm not bothered. I have never gotten spam from this site though.

good point conrad .i get around 70 spam a day from america after i joined the yahoo site ,glad i have 2 email addresses 1 for me 1 for web stuff
the main thing is not to respond and not to click the remove from mail list buttons as this tells the spam sender there is an active address to send to so it gets sold on to other groups and you get hit

Thanks for the reply this indeed was the problem, yahho Opel groups had started spamming me with all their posts daily!!! Reset my data and it should be stopped! Confused me a every email was sent from an individuals email account not the Yahoo group.
