hi all but i think bobs the boy for this one
has anybody had a look at the injection manifold from the 2.5 S6 triumphs?
i dont think they are too far away from the opel head shape and are a short (5-6" ) body might need 4 holes in head to bolt on with above and below( any room for this bob?) or tabs welded on the sides to match
even with welding this could / might be a cheap way to do a throttle body in the gt especially

Never seen one before Baz. I must admit, my knowledge of British cars is shaky at best. Sure don't see any of them in the wrecker yards in New England!
Bob
they come on TR6's and 2.5 pi saloon's both of which sold in the states iirc, outer end matches a dcoe centres but no holes to bolt to

FI Triumphs never came to the US from the factory. All cars in the US that have FI are from north of the border or gray cars. Most of the US places that do LBC's do not stock any kind of parts for them (moss, spitbits, vmc).
I have seen them but do not know if they could be adapted to an Opel.
I think that some came with bosch and others came with Lucas FI, some of the Lucas parts will cross over to a delco part.

i have been looking on evil bay for better photos and i think the ports are too wide
there was an inlet/exhaust gasket with less than a min to go and the ports in the photo looked to have 3/4" or so between them also its a 3 bolt pattern so would need work
ah well just a thought![]()
