    Typical!

Opels are well known for 'running hot'

Is your car losing coolant - or just showing a high temperature reading on the gauge? Does the electric cooling fan switch on when the car gets hot?

If you are not losing coolant or having the car boil then not too many problems.

Since you have a late model Opel, get someone with a scan tool to check the actual temperature. It is probable going to be in the 93 degrees Celsius range. As Jim stated if you aren't loosing coolant you are probably operating in the design range.

Run only distilled water and Redline Water Wetter. That will definitely drop the temps. But if you have a corroded/cloggedbradiator you must fix that first.

In addition to what has been recommended already, make sure the radiator
overflow expansion tank and connecting hose is installed and operating properly. If the radiator is topped up while cool, coolant can be lost and the level in the radiator can drop and cause diminished cooling if the expansion system isn't operating properly once the engine cools down and then heated up again. Just one of several things to check.
