    All,

I have just aquired a '75 Manta Rallye months back. And as my first mod, looking into replacing the stock steering wheel to a much smaller and much sporty(er) steering wheel set-up. Problem is; which manufacturer does an aftermarket hub or installation kit for my car? I surfed all over the Net and nearby Auto store hoping to find answers, but no luck.

    Thanking you in anticipation!

    Best Regards

First off, welcome to this great Opel group. You will find people here who love all Opels, Kadetts, Mantas, GTs, Asconas, ect...

I know there are a couple adapters out there for Opels so bear with us as someone will have the info for you. Or you can use the search feature and possibly find the info somewhere in the vast depths of past posts as I know this subject has been discussed a few times.

    Again, welcome.

    Mike

    Welcome!

Back in the day - nearly 35 years ago! - Momo and several of the other after-market steering wheel makers had 'wheels and adaptors for Mantas.
Sometimes they show up on EBay - just keep your eyes open.
It may even be an idea to contact OGTS. - Opel GT Source --- Welcome

Call the above company. They make an adaptor for Opels, well two actually, one collapseable, and one non, but, it is drilled for both MOMO, and NARDI/PERSONAL steering wheels. RAID out of Germany will fit also. This adaptor is $55. Stay away from GRANT steering wheels as there is NO Opel adators for them.

I really like Moto-Lita steering wheels and the look/fit of their hubs.

I used a Opel to Momo adapter than a Momo to Grant adapter on my GT because a could not afford a Momo wheel.

    Hello Gordy

I have yet to upload photos. I am still trying to do the fender pinstripes and once it's done, will post pics here in no time. Thank you for requesting. Have a great day.
