    Dyno

You may want to do a search for Dyno Days in TN, we have some info listed. Don't think I will be doing a Dyno Day this year or not. Also I have other info, actually full report, but a lot of people didn't know what there engine was either, most 1.9s were around the same horsepower though at rear wheels

I was hoping it would be an annual event Keith! Although it was a lot of work for you and your Dad.

Here is the link to the thread: TN Dyno Days

And a link to the post with results: Dyno Results

FWIW, most chassis-dyno operators will not bother to measure airflow, intake air temps, or EGT's. Takes too much time to set up, and they usually get paid a certain amount for 3-5 pulls. Nowadays you usually just get an rpm monitor, boost pressure monitor (if forced induction), and wideband O2.

Usually only engine dyno operators monitor BSFC and EGT's.

    True

We have a few extras we can hook up if needed like the O2 Wideband and we do have a water powered brake for testing load. Not just us, but most people just want a figure, and sometimes a friends car to compare to . I didn't say the Dyno Day wouldn't be an annual event, just would like to figure a time where it doesn't interfere with major Opel shows, and can be a rememberal date. Last year it was during the National Meet in Springfield, so I lost the opportunity to have a big turnout

    Funny thing

Also on the link for Dyno Days, Phoenix did a great job with videos of the meet, I like that I can start them up and play each video at the same time, kind of like a big Opel race

Yep I'm seeing the same thing..forget all those inputs just look at the h/p numbers.
Ok it takes longer to setup but in the end its faster. IMOA
Down here there still selling dyno time by the hour. With that your only getting raw numbers..atleast there looking at fuel ratios on your end.

I'm almost ready to get some raw numbers from the small stem valve head.
After detuning a bit to keep from breaking transmissions.
    I've got a problem..
How do I calibrate a mass air flow sensor? I've got the maps and understand pressure differentials... well sort of
MAF in question is from a 2000 4.6 cop car vin "w"
